- All vehicles must be operated safely and adhere to a 25 MPH speed limit
- Occupancy is limited to factory-installed seating, not exceeding 6 persons for golf carts and UTVs
Highway Restrictions: Operation alongside state highways is prohibited, though perpendicular crossings are allowed within town boundaries.

Violations can result in fines and court costs up to $200. Parents, guardians, or vehicle owners may be held accountable for violations by underage operators or passengers.
